About Eindhoven
You must make an appointment with your municipality as soon as possible after arriving in the Netherlands. This is compulsory for anyone who wishes to study here, even if you are from the EU. The registration process in Eindhoven is well-arranged. Your educational institution will send you an email explaining the steps you have to go through. To make it easy for you, we’ll explain it once more over here.
When you have arrived in the Netherlands you can use the link provided below to start your registration. This link allows you make an appointment at a desk reserved specially for students. Please make only one appointment! At the time of your appointment your documents will be reviewed and your identity will be checked. Approximately a week later you will receive your BSN in the mail and you will be ready to continue arranging all services you want.

Why do we work together?

The municipality of Eindhoven and International Student Services are trying to help the integration process of these international students. Clear information is critical to reach this. BSN is used on all legal documents here in the Netherlands. Having a BSN allows you to do other important things, like opening a Dutch bank account.
