General
-
This differs per service. At the bottom of each registration form there’s information about how to pay for that particular service. This could be a bank transfer, via credit card or sometimes via direct debit. We’ve tried to make this process as simple and as clear as possible. If you still have any questions about payments, please contact our customer service team.
-
This depends slightly per service. You’ll receive an email from the particular service provider with further information. We have this answered below, per service.
-
You decide what services you get! Together with the universities we have selected the services we think are most important for international students coming to the Netherlands. Still, you are always free to choose the ones you want.
-
You bet they are! Our service is free for any student, from anywhere. You only pay for the chosen service directly to the chosen service provider. We’ve collected all Dutch services to give you a broad and honest insight into the possible services concerning you.
-
Of course! When you're ready to come back, just log in to your account and select the services you still need, then follow the steps. It's as simple as that.
-
You pick the services you want yourself. When you start signing up, you can tick the services you want to sign up for and then this will take you through to the registration page for each service.
-
You can see what is included in each service on the home page. If you want more information, click on ‘tell me more’ and you will be taken through to the services page. Here there is extra information about the particular service. On each specific registration form there are frequently asked questions such as when you receive that service, what’s the next step after signing up, and so on.
-
Having an account makes your life easier. You’ll be able to see what services you’ve signed up for, what services you can still sign up for and you’ll only have to fill in your details once - they’ll be automatically filled in for each new service after the first one. But there’s more! You’ll also gain access to the International Student Services international student community, allowing you to connect with other students in the Netherlands before you’ve even arrived. This makes it so much easier to find your footing and meet new people.
-
After you’ve selected the services you want to sign up for, you will fill in your details. These will be saved in your account, so after the first service, all details will be automatically filled in for following services. Sometimes, to sign up for a particular service there will be very specific questions. Only then you might need to fill in a little bit more information.
-
First, take a look at our service page. If you have any questions left, contact us! We have a customer support team ready to answer all of your questions. You can ask us a question via email or WhatsApp. Weekdays we’re available between 9am and 9pm. Please note, this is Central European Time (CET).
-
No worries, we understand. For any further questions or queries, please send us a message on WhatsApp between 9AM and 6PM CET or email us at info@iss-holland.com.
