bunq - Digital Bank Account
As you might know, you need a Dutch debit card to be able to pay everywhere in the Netherlands. Bunq makes sure that international students are able to pay anywhere in the Netherlands without any complications. This debit card will also enable you to place orders online via iDeal and pay through Tikkie, the Dutch way of paying in one click.

To use the extensive network of trams, metros, busses and trains in the Netherlands, you need one card that enables you to use all the different ways of public transport. With a Gaiyo Pass you ensure that you can easily access them all. This pass is also called an “OV chip card”. Next to the card you can also use the Gaiyo app to, for example, rent a scooter, for a quick ride! To get you started, Gaiyo adds €2,50 to your wallet when you download the app.
